- provides clients and their employees the opportunity to deduct childcare and medical expenses under Section 105 of the federal tax codes as part of our Section 125 program. This allows eligible employees to deduct money on a pre-tax basis from their checks.
- Medical Reimbursement Accounts - allows each employee to deduct up to $1500 per year pre-tax for items such as OTC Drugs, doctor visit co-pays, Rx co-pays, and deductibles. This is a "use it or lose it" program, so each employee should know their budget for the year and use all the money elected or they do not get it back.
- Dependent Day Care Accounts - allows each employee to deduct up to $5000 per year pre-tax for dependent day care expenses.
- Reimbursement is very easy! Employee's simply submit a claim form after each pay period or each month or each expense and the outsourcing company will cut a check for the amount you requested (after verification of course). No taxes to pay!!
